Caught some early morning talk show on the tube a few weeks back. The panel happened to be bustin' on rocker Lenny Kravitz while screening a short clip of 'em in the gym workin' out attired in leather pants, mesh shirt and boots. Not one mention of the routine he was crankin' out - incline sit ups incorporating barbell pullovers and overhead presses. Appeared to have some serious weight on the bar ta' boot. Looked tough if just an empty bar.

Also didn't mention that the man is a remarkably buffed sixty years old.
