The Incredible Hulk

... it's big, it's mean, it's green...

... 'The Hulk'...

... kinda' reminds us (appearance wise) of a micro-version of the fantastic High Sierra big wall of the same moniker...

... another angle of the bad boy... Tim Anderson "hulkin' out" around 2006, twenty years after the FA (hence the byname 'Twenty Year Block')... gave it an old school 5.11+ back in the day (with an old uncompleted project line face left - 'Mr Yuck')... a bit daunting un-roped... can handle himself - resisted a bolting attempt once (others) - drill bits wouldn't pierce his dense hide - we were glad about that as the ol' boy deserves to be left pristine - sort of like throwing the crafty and elusive big ol' trophy trout back in the river or holdin' fire on the scarred, aged and wise ol' trophy buck...

... our on-line travels suggest (at least to us) a renewed interest in steep slab and crack climbing with a bit of resurgence in bold ethics... and we know why (Honnold)...

... but maybe not...
